What states do you travel to?

We currently travel cross country to Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Illinois bringing seasonal citrus and fruits directly to you from our farms. 

How to store the fruit?

PEACHES

Do Not Refrigerate. Peaches need 3-5 days at room temperature to ripen.

IF you refrigerate firm peaches you run the risk of causing non-flavorful, mealy textured fruit.

If you feel compelled to refrigerate peaches, please only do so after they have become soft (ripened 3-5 days at room temp).

Freezing: Peel and slice peaches into a bowl, add some lemon juice to stop browning. Lay pieces onto a baking sheet and flash freeze up to 2 hours to form a frozen crust, this stops them sticking together. Pack peaches in freezer bags about ¾ full, flatten bags and freeze. They will keep for several months.

CITRUS

At Freshest: Counter, 4 to 5 days; refrigerator, 3 to 8 weeks

Optimal Storage: Store loose in the low-humidity crisper drawer. Do not put in a plastic bag or airtight container. Mesh bags that let air circulate are fine. Peeled or cut oranges should be refrigerated in an airtight container or bag. Look through the fruit regularly and use the ones that are getting soft.

Freezing: Rinse, peel, divide into sections, and remove seeds and membranes. Slice if desired. Then pack in 40 percent syrup. Citrus can be frozen in water or juice without the sugar.

How many boxes can I purchase at one time?

Our trucks are equipped to handle all types of orders from 1 box to a truckload. 

What fruits do you carry?

We carry a variety of oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, peach, blueberries, and pecans.  Every truck varies in product depending on season and ripening time.
